• When should the declaration be made and how?

Declaration is possible in advance, by receiving the tracking code before receiving the parcel.

It is necessary to indicate the product name, price and sender.

After clicking on the "Declaration" button, indicate the sending shop, then select the general category of products in the list, eg clothes, shoes, electrical appliances, and if you can not find the exact category of your products, indicate "various finished products", write the price and save.

You will still be able to declare within 7 days after the arrival of the flight. In this case, you can receive parcels 1 week after the declaration in case of delay.

7 days after the arrival of the parcel, the undeclared parcels become state property.

Please note that the declaration is mandatory, otherwise you will not receive the parcel.

Please note that in order to avoid customs duties, the customs will impose a fine on the erroneously declared parcel, 40% VAT in the first case and 100% in the next.

  • In what cases is the parcel subject to customs clearance?

The parcel, the value of which is 300 GEL or more, is subject to customs clearance. Uniform products and parcels weighing more than 30 kg will be considered for customs clearance.

  • What happens if the customer does not pay the customs clearance fee on time?

The customer is responsible for customs clearance and timely payment of VAT.

If you don't pay the customs clearance amount within the time specified in the declaration, you will be charged additional duty according to Georgian legislation.

  • What is the customs clearance procedure?

The parcel to be cleared from customs comes to our office, we print the declaration for you and take the parcel out.

The amount of customs clearance, the payment deadline and the bank details of the Treasury of Georgia are specified in the declaration and you can pay it at any bank.

  • What documentation is required to clear the parcel?

In the event that the parcel is subject to customs clearance, the customer must upload an invoice/purchase order to our site, where the recipient's name, surname, room number, package contents and total value are recorded.

  • Why is it necessary to declare the item before arrival?

If the package is not declared at the time of its arrival, it will be delayed at customs.

In the event that you do not declare the parcel at all, after 30 days of the parcel's arrival in Georgia, it will be automatically transferred to the state for further disposal.
